Women United Forward (WUF)- Women Inclusion & Best Practices Workshops- DAY FEST is a one day event series, comprised of creative, interactive and information packed workshops and seminars, that educate, train and inspire- companies to recruit, retain and advance Women in the professional workplace and growing business environment. In addition, Women United Forward (WUF)- Women Inclusion & Best Practices Workshops- DAY FEST, focuses on- helping companies implement effective strategies and tools to build women inclusive workplaces & best practices to support and promote female talent.

Many believe that a company’s response is indicative of whether the industry they operate in is serious about fixing a workplace culture that operates on stereotypes, biases and exclusions. According to a research study- six out of ten women- at some point- experience gender discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace.
